SVT bogging down after a cold start

I know this happens to some people and it's not a huge deal. You just have to 'nurse' the first gear to get the car going and once you do get going, everything works fine.

Ever since I had Tom's tune put on (couple years ago), when I'd start the car it would rev fairly high and then calm down a bit once the car warmed up. I don't exactly remember how it acted before the tune.

Now within the last few months, when I start her up, it revs really low. If I put it into first and then try to drive forward, the revs drop and it almost feels like the car is about to stall. Like I said, I almost have to 'nurse' the car to move forward on that initial shift. Once everything is warmed up and I'm driving, the car pulls as strong as it always has and still fun to drive!

I had my timing belt replaced during the summer but I don't think it's a timing issue.

Any ideas on where I should look?

What I have:
-Volant intake with Amsoil dry filter
-Trubendz 2.5 exhaust
-Stock header, cat and flex
