Heat not working.

So ive had problems with my heater for about 2 years now.

the first issue was the where the plug connects into the blow motor , well , it melted. so i cut the plug off and the spliced on a new connector and got a new blower motor. problem fixed.

now , my heat doesnt work again , well it hasnt worked since this past winter , and its starting to get cold again.

so , i replaced the wiring connector , the blower motor , the switch , and the resistor. still no heat , any ideas guys ? i check all fuses under dash , does the heater have a relay ? thanks for the help.
