Winter mode prepared! Got this bad body unboxed and running over the weekend. It's got an electric starter! Luxury! And it was my college graduation present from my dad! Great guy huh?


Winter tires will be installed when I deem them necessary

This! Hubcaps are a no no in almost every situation. Winter mode is the time to let the creative juices flow and make steelies look awesome.

I just got my foci in winter mode. I went the boring route with shiny black steelies, and Firestone Winterforce tires. Will post pics later.

here is my status. got Firestone on the front and Micheline on the back. 205/55/16 which is a size taller which with a 2" drop only rubs on full lock. best thing about thins setup is i got the tires for free from the shop i work at (btw there is about 95% tread on them) because some rich girl wanted matching tires so daddy from the other side of the country bought them for her and i get her old ones. i also learned how to mount and balance the tires so all in all i paid $0 for the setup. will be will be setting up my subaru fogs i got for free and custom mount them in front of the upper grill like the last set i had. just need my thule ski/board rack to finish the fit. bring on the snow

i cant wait to get them on with a very basic bracket setup. tough part will be making the lights a little housing to protect the bulb connector. but should be alot brighter then the 50 watt lights i had before but i may also put those on with some 100 watt bulbs which i meant to do a while ago. i will also be putting the boser hood back on plastidipped to cover up some rough patches and bondo cracking. should be happening around thanksgiving time.
