Are koni yellows worth it?

Before I drop a pretty coin on them, are they that much better then agx's and eibach dampers? Its my dd cad, no auto xing. I currently have sport lines and eibach dampers which i don't feel match up correctly. The ride is pretty harsh (as expected) but I'd a smoother ride with passengers in the car, and firm when im on my own, which is why I'd like adjustable. My question is , will koni yellows make the ride less harsh with sport line springs on full soft? Anywhere near a stock feel for passengers? I was pretty disapointed with the new dampers when i took my stock struts and shocks off and put the eibach struts on.. ride and handling felt the same just less bottoming out then stock struts. Well I haven't put them on yet but I will be soon Im almost at 100k on the SVT.

I went with the Koni yellows along with the Steeda springs and from what I've heard and read on this setup, it is really nice another spring suggestion was Apex springs but they are hard to come by nowadays.

The Konis on the SOFTEST setting are stiffer than the SVT Dampers.

Konis can be re-valved/refreshed when they wear out 70-100k miles

at the same time I install these I will be doing a full front end refresh with MOOG problem solver all grease-able units.

Inner Tierods
Outer Tierods
Lower Balljoints
Upper Strut mounts with new bearing
Stabilizer endlinks Not sure yet if Im going to go with MOOG or MASSIVE on these

along with this I will be replacing all the rubber bushings with the Full Poly Kit from Prothane, since I Have the Massive Toe arms and Camber arms I took the stock ones out and put the poly bushings in and sold them here and those 2 parts alone paid for the full Poly kit.

If you get the konis I will suggest you change the springs sportlines are "spongy"

Go with springs in this order:
1.Apex
2.Steeda
3.Koni
4.FRRP

thanks for the imput. i like the idea of the konis, and according to many its pretty much the only dampers that can dampen sportlines the best. i like the drop of sportlines too. im pretty dead set on them, im just trying to look into a way to have them be a little softer then they are now with passengers, then tune it up when im solo and looking for some fun

Yeah you can compare one suspension kit w/ another, but add addition parts to the mix= tubular control arms/ toe links/ camber arms & even poly bushings & your suspension set up changes. A car equipped w/ a torsen is going to react differently then w/o. Just to throw that in. So, I'd ask, How far are you wanting to go?

As far as spending a good amount, I just need a more comfy ride with sport lines, if ots possible

2 of the guys here have agx. Both are running a 2" inch drop. One with Megan springs and the other with H&R race springs. Both seem to ride pretty nice but are firm. Of course they run with the firmer settings as opposed to the softer settings.
