I was going to say... you still had a vacuum leak after fixing it. but you know that now.
Found the piece of where I'm suppose to connect it, but the plastic nipple broke off. :( So, I super glued the line to the where the nipple is located.
Thanks.

My car turns on now, but somethings burning. It's probably oil. The cars idle is almost back to normal, but it's still a little rough. I'm thinking that there's still a leak somewhere. Which is probably going to require to lift my car up, but I'm just going to take it to a mechanic now. Since, I live on campus and the school is probably not going to like seeing me fix my car in the parking lot. As well as I'm lacking a jack and jack stands as well as some other tools that might be needed.

Does anyone have a diagram of where all the vacuum lines connect?

Put the manifold back on , check all hoses going to the intake as some could be blown off and start the car

EVERY Focus SVT I start I hold the throttle to the floor till I hear the engine spinning then let off the throttle

You have a LOT of oil going to your intake , this is from the breather off the valve cover and the PCV and why I always tke these vents off the intake and vent them to the grown

Tom
Tom, Do you put a plain rubber cap on the intake side (that would normally connect to the valve cover -NOT- the PCV valve)?

Yes cap the intake side off so there is no Vac / MAF leaks , same with the PCV

ok so this just happend to me, gonna start putting it back together. does the 04's come with the screw clamps or should they all have the wierd latch type on the manifold? ive owned the car since it had 2300 miles on it so its not likely to have had it done before me

kit comes with them. http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/s...0&postcount=11

If you're going another route, they're just plain old hose clamps.
