Here's my "13 Race Red SE hatch. The only mod so far is 35% window tint all around including sun strip on windshield.

The standard Se doesn't come with fog lights? I thought they did in 12. Great choice in colors nice looking car

Not for 2013. Have to get the appearance package for fogs now (but the base SE does come with alloys now, so it's a trade-off).

Yeah the base SE might not come standard with fog lights for '13 model year, but they do come standard with the mirror lights as well as alloy wheels.

No fog lamps, and not available with rear disk brakes until you opt for the $2700 or so Appearance package vs the $800 or so sticker price for the sport package with the sport seats, those 16" alloy wheels, rear disk brakes on top of the standard fog lamps. Its not exactly a fair trade in my opinion. Especially when they got rid of the beautiful looking (very upscale in my opinion) Stone leather which also would be cooler in the heat than straight black leather.

But that's just another way Ford is taking away the power to choose what you want for 2013 and beyond. Jumble the options matrix to make it seem like you're getting more equipment for less when in reality the base price went up a bunch and they stripped out a bunch of useful features.

Thanks Jeremy....wish I could have bought an ST instead of an SE but I can barely afford the payments that I got now, no way I could afford the extra cost of an ST. Not counting I prefer automatic over manual, that way my parents can drive it if they need to, as my dad isn't very good at driving a manual & my mother don't know how to at all.
