Will 215/60 R16 be a size that will fit?
I know tirerack suggests 215/55 R16 (I really don't even know what these numbers mean...) but I'm loooking to get Hankook iPike tires now as a buddy of mine referred them and said he has been really happy, plus there a bit cheaper than Blizzaks. Just want to make sure that size along with the Momo Winter Pro 16x6.5 5-108 40S are the right size, bolt pattern to fit my Focus.
Thanks guys!

The recommended aspect ration is 55% on a 215. Aka, the side wall height is 55% of the tread width. For reference, I'm running a 225/55/16 on my car as of now. Nothing wrong with it other than, it will get better mileage due to the taller tire.
If that is the tire you want then, run them. The speedo will be 3.3% slower than the recommended size. Even then, its not a guarantee it will be right since, all manufacture's tires are different physical sizes.
The bolt pattern is right for the car. Also, a nifty calculator for comparing tire sizes:
