Steeda shift bracket problems
Who else has had problems installing the shift bracket from steeda? Simple enough but i just couldn't get the shifter linkage to pop off I followed instructions to a T and nothing.... Grrrr nothing sucks more than having to put all that back together...

I forget what the exact instructions were for it (I know something about pressing down on the top...) but they didn't work too well for me either.
I know I just got a decent sized standard screw driver under it and pried it up. |

I just pulled it up with my hand. Mine didn't seem to "release" either when I pushed down on the center. Nothing broke, and it popped back on tightly.
Be sure to have a small sharp file on hand to fit the bracket on.

Yeah i poped it off and its got no catch its a non locking peice unlike steeda said the bracket i couldnt file enouggt so i used chanell locks to squeeze it on haha its not going anywhere now
