the boost controller would be the wastegate correct?

No, different, BC controls the psi on the charge pipe, WG controls manifold pressure.
You'll need a clutch if you don't have one and possibly an LSD.

this is a boost controller correct? the little blue thing between turbo and wastegate.





also doesnt the BOV control the charge pipe?

so with more research it seems to me that a boost controller is just used to up the boost without having to change springs in the wastegate. it also keeps your system from surging.
