Fords fall from grace...Consumer Reports
Consumer Reports released their quality ratings for auto manufactures and Ford was ranked 2nd to last. Only Jaguar was behind them
Firm was near the top if the list 2 years ago. Consumer Reports advised issues with the 2011-2012 Fiesta, 2012 Focus, 2012 Explorer and the MyFord Touch system were factors. Consumer Reports also stated Ford fell back into old habits of quantity vs the quality of the products during manufacturing. After owning a 2011 Fiesta that went back as a lemon and now a 2012 Focus with coolant leak, valve cover gasket leak and the terrible transmission issues/updates to date, I can see why. Will Ford recover from this? Sounds like some higher ups in the company need to be replaced. |
