Ok well I change the pump and the filter and the started up fine, I drove to a place about 3 miles away and the car was fine. When I left the place my car would idle fine but now wants to stall out when I give it gas, like it is getting to much air maybe, I'm car illiterate. Once again the car idles fine, just doesn't want to act right when I give it gas, it wants to stall. I have no leaks, I do have CEL but my car wont make to the auto store. Any Suggestions?

Hmm.... when you put the filter in was the flat side of the filter facing the line coming from the tank, or the line going to the front of the car?

I have the flow going towards the engine, so the flat side was facing the line going to the front of the car.

Diagnostic is P0190 Fuel raise pressure sensor A, circuit range/performance

Actually, the flat side should be facing back towards the fuel tank, but as long as you pointed the arrow towards the front it should be ok. I don't think you can reverse it anyway, but I've heard of people who have, so I have to ask.

The code is for the fuel sensor. That's an expensive part. I'd double check the fuel flow arrow on that filter.

P0190 - Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction (FRP) The comprehensive component monitor (CCM) monitors the FRP sensor to the PCM for VREF voltage. The test fails when the VREF voltage from the PCM drops to a voltage less than a minimum calibrated value.

Possible causes/solution
VREF open in harness.
VREF open in sensor.
VREF open in PCM.
Verify VREF voltage between 4.0 and 6.0V.

Well, since you just changed it out, and changed out the fuel pump- then you started having problems- it stands to reason something with the repair messed up. It's time to double check yourself.

I know this sort of stuff because I've done it myself several times.

Ya, I'm going to redo it on Thursday, just not sure what to look for, maybe I messed up the assembly of the fuel pump

Well I took the tank back out and replaced the new fuel pump with another one, car runs great now!
