As I said in a previous post, I ordered my ST3. I got an email saying it's been accepted and a confirmation number.
What now? Do I get a VIN and a build date in an email later on?

Look at my signature to see how my order has been going. On Monday my ETA got moved back another week to November 12, I just havn't updated the sig.

Nice car but you can't compare a Focus ST to a Mustang. It would be like me comparing my 2004 Corvette to a Mustang ! Not the same type of car.

you're right...there is no comparison, in any aspect even to the v6
st base, $23,700 - 252hp@19psi - 14.8 1/4mile - 3220lbs - .95g skid pad - 32mpg hwy

mustang v6 base, $22,200 - 305hp na - 13.9 1/4mile - 3391lbs - .96g skid pad (6 spd manual with optional performance package $1995($24,195 total)) - 31mpg hwy

not to mention the insurance rates on the mustang are over 100 bucks every 6 months cheaper in my case (figure that one out)
and run your 04 vet against a new 5.0. you may get a surprise.

comparison class is now over...

Just placed an order on a performance blue ST3 with moonroof on the Xplan.

Was told about 8-10 weeks. Cant wait!!

I had an 07 ST (with the street appearance package) , a 2008 Mustang GT, then a 2011 Shelby GT500 (just traded for the 2013 ST3)

I'd be interested in the test/review these specs came from because I've not found any full reviews that list the 1/4 mile and skid pad for this model.

Congrats!

I was told my order would be 6-8 weeks and my ST3 is supposed to be finished being built on Wednesday which will be 6 weeks, plus the delivery time. And I still can't wait!

Heres just one with a simple search... 2013 mustang v6 performance specs
edmunds, and others have them also just some are pretty lacking (on alot of cars)
