PWSC: SVT vs regular zetec

What is the main differences between the PWSC kit for the SVT Focus vs the regular Focus?

BESIDES THE ACTUAL SUPERCHARGER UNIT ITSELF, i know the supercharger manifold is slightly different, im refering to brackets, tubing, etc.

I know the oil relocation is on the driver side for the SVT and the passenger side for the regular zetec, but that is negiligable..

Reason im asking, is that I have a complete PWSC kit for the SVT focus (for sale by the way ), but I also have a regular zetec PWSC and manifold as well, is the rest of the kit interchangeable?

from what ive read the manifold have different mounting points to the head. afaik that is the only other difference besides port shape.

thats what im thinking as well. just the supercharger housing and manifold are different (aside from the oil relocation)....everything else should be the same.

Should be different injectors too. 36lbs vs 42lbs.

yes, but that is interchangeable as well, ie: you can use 42lb injectors with the regular zetec kit.

I don't see why all the other little pieces wouldn't fit since the Zetec and SVT are almost identical except for certain things. It's the manifold and I thought the PWSC was the same size on both the SVT and regular Zetec kit and it was the JRSC that was different for the two models?

yes, the blower size is the same for both SVT and Zetec, but the manifolds are slightly different.....the JRSC used an M62 for the SVT and a M45 for regular focus.



i am 90% sure the belt side is identical on both the SVT and regular version of the PWSC...i just wanted to confirm.
