Tial MV-R wastegate to SPA turbo mani?

Hey guys if i were to get the MV-R from Tial how would i attach it to my SPA manifold? the MV-R is a v-band and im curious is there an adapter i can buy or something? if not which wastegate should i get? this is one of the last pieces i need.
