Yea, as you can see I chose the 5-Speed Manual Transmission... Because Manual - :)
Here's my point, regardless of whether a Drum to Disc conversion would cost $100 or $1000, the final question and purpose here is: Can it be done? You find people out there who will spend $1,200-$1,500 on Coil-overs and others who are just happy with $250 springs - It's YOUR choice if you decide to go for either or... However, EVERYONE appreciates those who take the time to put together the write-up, instructions, provide information, give details, offered help, give advice, provide pictures, diagrams and tips on what to look out for, Dos and Dont's etc. on either one of the set-ups - Coil-overs or Springs. So, not to go off-topic, we can spend 10-20 pages of this thread discussing why Discs are better than Drums or vice versa - OR we can turn this into an instructive and useful thread that shows whether or not it can be done and how to do it! :) Keeping up with this - Does anyone have access to the Ford Service Manual for the 2012 Focus? Or does anyone have access to the online Parts Catalog (not that Trademotion type of stuff)

I'm planning on converting as well I didn't bought my focus with sport package because:
1- they didn't have one with ebony black 2- I hated the wheels 3- I hated the leather steering wheel So I took this one and decided to make it myself to my tastes. Don't know what's this forum problem with people wanting to do something to their car.. Of course rear drum brakes just fine, i'm auto crossing with these and don't have issues but I'd surely enjoy having disc brake eventually..

I think you might be the sole person who's done the switch so far so pics would be a good idea.
