People who cannot, I repeat, cannot accelerate fast enough to merge on the freeway when the on ramp is clear and is not being metered! Dammit people, this is a great chance to see how fast you can go from 5mph to 65mph!

People who cannot park properly.

People who use a newspaper to block sunlight on the side window. Yes, the FARKING driver's side window! And try to turn right and merge into traffic.

People who text while riding their bike. In a pack of bikes. I got hit twice at cycLAvia earlier this year.

I do both of those things.

There are some streets that are so GD busy if you don't pull into the turn lane and get half the street behind you, you are never going to get out, because there is always traffic coming heavily in each direction. I don't creep forward though, I pull into the lane and wait for traffic on the right to clear enough to get in.

The only alternative is to turn right and follow traffic all the way down to the first place you can make a U-turn.

I also don't want to beat the living hell out of my suspension, so I take turns into shopping centers at a reasonable speed. Now turns on the road (say from the main road onto a side street into their neighborhood), on the other hand, it does bug me that some people slow way, way down for no apparent reason.

your not "running the red light". that would imply entering an intersection on a red light.

however if you are already in an intersection, you are allowed to clear the intersection if the light turns red.

Driving during rush hour traffic, stuck in the right lane, and the person in front of me SUDDENLY NEEDS TO TURN DOWN THIS SIDE STREET RIGHT NOW HOLY CRAP BRAKES!

But it's not the right street, so they slowly accelerate to the next one, blinker still on, but that's not the right street either.

Repeat this about 4 or 5 times and by then I can get over to a left lane, but I actually am turning right by this point.

Guess what you were doing right after the light turned red and you waited for the last car to pass by before you could run the red light? You were illegally blocking the intersection.

Looks to me like you stopped at a red light, albeit in the wrong spot, because traffic did not allow you to turn left. Then after the traffic cleared, you ran the red light to keep from blocking the intersection any longer. Don't take my word for it, though, try it out at a traffic light in front of your local police station and report back to us.
