It's interesting they fixed issues in the 2012 model, but did not support 2012 owners by retrofitting what must obviously be legitimate issues since you claim they were fixed in the 2013 model. But which specific issues would those be? (e.g. the blender noise almost everyone seems to get...)

Don't know about blender noise but what we have experienced can be considered stumbling or hesitation. Not extreme but noticeable in low gears and at low speed. Also, on turns at lower speeds. Both 2013
SE's behave the same. We have noticed that you can modulate the stumbling effect with throttle input. My car has almost 1500 miles and it may be getting better. Again, we'll see.... By the way, we test drove the cars a reasonable distance and they worked fine. I guess the test drive needs to be longer and more effective in changes of speed, gears, etc.
