Fogs look OEM, nice work, now you need to remove that home depot grille - that looks bad.

Do NOT put HIDs in your fog housings. The whole point of you getting these was to put the light where it belongs... down low with a wide angle.

Once you throw HIDs in that housing, even though it may not be blinding, your light is going to go all over the place.

Save your money... stick to halogen bulbs and enjoy your new fog lights.

As suggested by others, yellow light works best with fog housings because it does great cutting through rain, fog and snow.

An alternative to bulbs is Lamin-X Film. You can get the yellow film and also be protecting your new fog housings. THIS ---> Lamin-X Focus Fog Light Covers

Its a major plus that you could pick up an OEM setup for such a good price, they look great.

night pic

and I personally like the grille like that a lot more, but that's just me. I'll paint it black here soon which will help a lot too. I also will probably redo it as i'm not 100% satisfied with this one, though I still like it more than before

Oh I know, that's why I said OEM. i couldn't say they look good, cause they are what they are. Nothing wrong with them, I love my OEM fogs as well. That's why I said nice work, cause it is. It's a great start to OEM+

About HID's in fogs, I see nothing wrong there, you wont blind anyone and from personal experience, you will get a better light output especially if you just keep it 4,300k and below. Anything over 4,300k is really just for show.

what is everyone else's opinion on the grille? only problem too is the grille was in iffy condition to start so this kinda covers it up, lol
and what's "oem+" ? I was looking at like 6k, just to get a super crisp white light, but after driving with these for the first time tonight, i'm in love all over again ( just don't tell my girlfriend :P ) just how they are straight from the box.

OEM+ means you are taking OEM to the next level.

You used OEM products on a car that didn't have it before and made it look good, instead of going out and buying a $19.99 kit off the shelf at Wal-Mart.

6000k is not crisp white light... its got some purple in it and the output won't be good.

5000k is going to be your best bet for trying to get "crisp white" light while also having decent output.

OEM+ is added things from other Foci that wasn't on yours. IE: fogs on a fogless car, SVT sideskirts on a non SVT

Trust me anything over 4300k will have crappy output and prolly a terrible throw.

You should get an OEM grille like a euro, or an SVT. You can actually find them for really cheap, otherwise your current grille looks really cheap.
