Rough Idle 03 SPI

I just replaced my dogbone mount with a CFM mount, and started getting a rough idle afterwards. I had replaced the mount with an OEM mount a few months ago. Could this rough idle have caused the mount to fail so quickly. There's a pretty good vibration at idle, but when I hit the gas, it goes away, until I slow down to around 20mph, and then I can feel it come back. I've tried looking at the engine after I park, but it's not giving the same rough idle in park.
Spark plugs and wires are good. The PCV hose running off the left side of the engine looks really worn. Could this be the problem?
