Sirius Frozen

I just got my 30 day trial for Sirius in the mail and it froze up the second day I tried to use it. When I go the MFT screen "browse" it just hags and says "loading".

How do I fix it? Take it to the dealer?

There is a way to reset the MFT or Sync. It should be in your manual, sorry I can't remember how right now.

When that happens for me, I usually just restart the car and it's gone. But one time I disconnected my ipod and the screen saying I disconencted it was frozen and did not go away after a restart. What I did was open up the fuse box under the glove box and oulled fuses 67 and 79. Those 2 reset myford touch

I had a weird issue where my "Trying to Connect to Mike's iPhone" message popped up and wouldn't go away... all I did was press the home button on the steering wheel and it popped me out and back the home screen, my phone was connected and all was well.

Tried the master reset but that froze up too, so ended up having to disconnect the battery. Now it works but I have to re-upload wallpapers and sync my devices etc :(

Just as an FYI, you would have to do all of that after a Master Reset as well. Master resets wipe out your saved wallpapers, paired devices, and AM/FM and Sirius presets. There is a little delayed reboot app out there that will reboot the system and cleans things up but the advantage of using it over a reset is that it does not wipe out your saved info.

.....and why is this place suddenly changing the proper spelling to delaid? I have tried fixing the above several times and it keeps changing it to delaid. I have seen it in other's posts as well!
