get a cloth and wet it and rub really hard. i usto detail new cars on a ford lot its with come off with some hard rubbing

What I would do
For anything like that I use something called "goof off" it's some kind of solvent I use on everything. I used it on my paint of my car and it didn't hurt it at all. But whatever you do don't get it anywhere near plastic, it will smudge plastic beyond fixing. You can get it at Home Depot.
