that all depends on how the kit is prepped. usually a fiberglass kit will need to be fitted and mounting holes drilled and everything lined up. very time consuming and can end up misaligned easily. duraflex generally fits better and should be set up ready to go. always a good idea to fit everything on the car before you paint it just in case it needs to be altered at all.

also a good idea to have someone help you install it that has done them before or is good with body work.

im not even sure of an idea of how much it would cost me if i went to a shop though?

that would all depend on what all the shop is doing for you. if they have to fit or adjust it, paint it, mount the final product. On average a body kit will cost $400 plus to paint (depends on size and detail of kit). if it's just installing it without and adjustments needed could be $150 or more (assuming they are removing factory bumpers and installing the new kit). best idea is to call a few shops in the area and ask for some quotes.

Awesome thanks :) and i know this is not relevant to body kits, but i can not find a 2010 focus sedan cold air intake system under $150 bucks online lol.

you might find some cheap ones on ebay for a little less or look for a used one in the for sale section here. but the good ones aren't cheap.
