-21 in Hg at idle consistently. I've checked my pipes and hoses after every drive and nothing has budged. All the hoses are fine. I'm gonna do a log to show what's going on when it happens. It feels like hitting a wall when it happens.

Its as if the fuel just cuts off. Can't do anything when it happens but then it just cuts back on and wideband goes back to normal. Its weird

Will do. Looking forward to a good day of tuning tomorrow with Tom and getting this thing ready to go terrorize some civics I keep seeing riding around. Another guy who thinks his 6 cylinder mustang is the fastest car in the world because he has an intake. It was painful today when I was doing a log this hatchback pulled up next to me trying to race. Kept egging me on. The whole accelerate slow down crap. Soon enough.

Later start on the tuning than I wanted but were getting it done none the less. Just a few more things to tweak and should be golden. Hopefully be done soon. Already talked to the guy at the dyno about getting some numbers soon for everyone. Turbo is nice and responsive I'm not getting the lag as bad as I thought I would. Everything holds under boost throughout the rpm range so everything is holding up great. No smoke no nothing. Just get the tune right and I'll be happy. Wish me luck.

Just did the last log for the night and the car is a lot better. Wideband was great during wot and the car ran great. Going to do some more tuning tomorrow with Tom. I'll keep everyone posted.
For those with the garrett turbos if they can chime in I'm trying to do some comparison on my turbo. In 3rd at wot from 2000 I'm hitting 8psi a little over 3000. Just trying to see what the other turbos are showing to see where I'm at as far as that goes. I really like the turbo especially for the price. Speaking of which I'll get some prices up soon once I update the spreed sheet.

Found out why my car was going lean. The gasket on the intake manifold fell apart so I had a small vacuum leak because of it. But now since we made so many changes to the tune because it was leaning out we have to start over. It will get done soon enough. Just hoping nothing else happened to the car from when I was doing logs and it was leaning out. Never in wot so should be good. If it did it gives me an excuse to do the engine build early.

Alright getting better. Made a gasket for the intake manifold. Got the idle good. Moving on to tuning the rest. Hopefully no more issues this week and get the tune finished.
