help with seats

have a 2010 focus ses
want to be able to have passenger seat fold flat like a fusion
1.Is there any mod i can do to the seat itself
2.could I take my seats from 2008 fusion and fit them in 2010 focus
would like to keep seating cover from focus though
so could I take covers from a focus put them on seats and base from fusion and install in focus

if im not mistaken the back seat of a fusion is bigger, but with enough effort and fab work almost anything can be done.

that is a great idea though i'd love it if my back seats folded flat!

WOW!! complete miss read! what a dumb move on my part im sorry about that, also a great idea though! i don't think that would work in my car though. if everything looks to be the same i don't see why it wouldn't work as long as the wire connections match up for the air bag if yours is equipped with the air bag in the side of the seat if not then it would throw i think 2 lights on in the cluster i know when i disconnected my driver seat to get rid of the stupid seat belt dinger it threw lights on.

The passenger seat in my 2012 SEL lays back to near flat onto the rear seat. Unless you meant fold forward? Not sure what a fusion seat does.

looking to fold flat forward
fusion does makes like a desk
i use it for writing and my laptop
i work out of my car and got spoiled with the "desk" in the fusion

both have air bags in seats
