wiring up SVT mirrors on a non power doors sedan

I have had SVT mirrors for a while. i want to get them working.. what is the best way to do this? dont care so much about heat... just the moving.

Hook up a 9V battery, adjust them where you want them, tuck the wires into the door. If you're the only one driving it, why need them adjustable all the time?
