I had it in three times for general transmission issues, including the customer satisfaction software reset. Each time I was told that nothing was wrong and the behavior was normal. The last time I took it in the dealership refused to look at it because I had just been in a week or two before and been told the car was operating normally. For Lemon Law purposes, I counted that visit as a repair attempt even though Ford didn't do anything.

What was the settlement?

There was no settlement. It was the result of arbitration. Repurchase.

Did they ever replace your clutch, entire transmission or any hardware?

Same dealer the entire time or multiple? I am amazed they did not replace any parts.

A couple of different dealers. The process took about two months from filing to the final decision. Still waiting for the repurchase which must occur within 30 days of the acceptance of the arbitrator's decision. Florida's process is governed by statute, so there are statutory time-frames that must be followed.
