ido hope the bring back teh simple is better philosiphy. i would buy a "new" datsun.

Agreed. The "old is new" philosophy working out so far for Mini and Fiat. Why wouldn't it work for Datsun?

I've been looking at the Versa since it's a pretty cheap basic car. I $5000 car would pique my intereest.
