there was actually a thread on it here somewhere.. Probably someone's stereo install. This was a long time ago so it might take a bit of digging.

Please hold.

EDIT:
Front Doors only, but helpful:
http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/showthread.php?t=276050

Instructions, but no pics for both sets of doors:
http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/showthread.php?t=280285

If it's the headliner, check to see if the 3M "Velcro" came undone. If not, it's probably the (failed) glue making the noise.

You have to put foam or felt around the perimeter of the door panel to remove the vibration. The plastic door panel vibrates on the door sheet metal. The speakers just amplify the vibration making it more noticeable.

There are (5) T25 torx bits in the front door.
1 behind the reflector
1 behind the release handle
1 behind the upper right corner of the door under the little cover
2 behind the trim piece at the door handle

The rear door has 3 torxs screws also T25.
1 behind the release handle
2 under the door handle.

I believe there are 6 clips holding on each door panel. To remove the door pull from the top of the door hard and quick. If you pull slowly you will end up bending the plastic panel to much and create the "whiting" effect on parts of the door. It seems counter intuitive but this is the best way to do it.

As for the foam, this stuff would probably work the best:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B001H4...dir_mdp_mobile

Put the foam flush with the inner edge of the panel(so you don't see it).
If done correctly this should end your buzzing.

Hope this helps guys.
Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Hey gang!

Some of you have already reached out to me, but for those who haven't, please send me a PM with your VIN, estimated mileage, dealer, and daytime phone number. I'll get your concerns escalated to the regional level. Your Customer Service Manager will touch base with you to discuss what you're experiencing and contact your dealership to coordinate efforts on a fix.

I'm happy to see how I can help!

Thanks!
Crystal
