I'm pretty fed up with the lousy service I've recieved from the current dealer and Ford taking their side on the issue. The damage to the hood due to the misalignment has been there from day one and they refuse to repair it on the basis that they believe the car was hit by something when there is no physical evidence to support that claim on the hood or front fender. I liked the way the car drives, but I'm sorely disappointed in how worthless the warranty and service plan have been when I've had issues with the car.
I don't have time to keep leaving work every day and hound different dealers until the car is repaired.
Out of curiosity ... did your dealer even submit photos to Ford Warranty, or did they give resistance from the get go?
Fortunately for me (so far) my dealer has been pretty understanding/willing to help.
