DTC code 1233 after fuel filter change

The 2002 atx ZX3 had been having rough idle issues.
Decided to replace the fuel filter and it ran great...for a day.
Almost stalled out on Me while driving My Son to school today.
When we replaced the fuel filter,we discharged the fuel system by pulling the fuse.
Car ran for 2 minutes and then shut off, giving Us the ability to lose very little fuel when changing the fuel filter.
We did NOT reset the ECU.
Car almost stalled out today, ran the codes and got"
P1233 Fuel Pump Driver Offline
B1681 undetermined
I cleared the DTC codes.
Should I reset the ECU?

Resetting ECU now.
Unsure if clearing the codes actually does the same thing as disconnecting the battery, but am going to try it.
Cross Your fingers, hope this was all brought on by pulling that fuse.

No better.
At this point, idle is still rough and a huge bog off the line when going wot.Car also has strange flutter/fluctuating surging around 2000 rpm.
Have so far replaced:
Plugs,wires,egr valve,pcv valve,pcv tube,dpfe sensor,checked for vacuum leaks with carb cleaner,new fuel filter.
Called Ford,no recall on fuel pump and sounds fine.
Only things I can think of is ignition coil (although pulling any of the 4 spark plug boots makes Car run badly) so I believe it to be fully operational,or new injectors???
Any ideas Guys?
This is really starting to irritate Me.
Car also does all of this if I run with or without My tune.

B1681, I think indicates a PATS problem,the other:P1233 - Fuel System Disabled or Offline LS6/LS8:
For LS6/LS8, P1233 indicates the PCM is not receiving the fuel level information on SCP from the rear electronics module (REM). Refer to the Workshop Manual Section 413-01 for diagnostics.
All Others:
The PCM monitors the fuel pump monitor (FPM) circuit from the fuel pump driver module (FPDM). With the key on, the FPDM continuously sends a duty cycle signal to the PCM through the FPM circuit. The test fails if the PCM stops receiving the duty cycle signal. Inertia fuel shutoff (IFS) switch needs to be reset
Open FPDM ground circuit
Open or shorted FPM circuit
Damaged IFS switch
Damaged FPDM
Damaged PCM
Also for Escort/Tracer and Mustang:
Open FPDM PWR circuit
Open B+ circuit to constant control relay module (CCRM) pin 11
Open ground to CCRM pin 18 (Mustang)
Damaged CCRM
Also for Continental:
Open VPWR circuit to FPDM
The PCM expects to see one of the following duty cycle signals from the FPDM on the FPM circuit: 1) 50% (500 msec on, 500 msec off), all OK. 2) 25% (250 msec on, 750 msec off), FPDM did not receive a fuel pump (FP) duty cycle command from the PCM, or the duty cycle that was received was invalid. 3) 75% (750 msec ON, 250 OFF), the FPDM has detected a fault in the circuits between the FPDM and the fuel pump

Ok...the pats code I believe was Me,I swapped out the ignition cylinder on Friday, had the dreaded key wont turn issue.
