Once you have the problem fixed does it come off your ETIS?

My build date is 5/25/12 and it shows 12B41 on my ETIS but I bought the car in August. I haven't gotten anything in the mail, is it possible it was fixed before I bought the car?

If its still an outstanding Field service action/ TSB it will show up in OASIS as having not been performed, and therefore ETIS will still show it as being required. If it had been performed it would not show up as pending and would be removed from OASIS and ETIS as something that needed to be performed.
