Look at the Cobb dynos carefully.

The 234 HP run (the highest HP) also has the lowest boost pressure.

Updated the dynos. There are now 16 run averages. The numbers are holding pretty steady around 228 hp and 280 ft-lb tq at the wheels. If there are other dynos I'm missing, please send me a link so I can include them. Thanks!

Hmmm...Ford can't say anything about the HP on their cars as none of the car manufacturers can, because they are all certified by a third party SAE engineer. That became a standard a few years ago.

you obviously know nothing about turbo vehicles lol. There is no need to cool down a turbo that is factor or a turbo that isnt a journal bearing turbos or turbos that don't get water to them. When you turn a vehicle off the cooling system remains to pump coolant through the engine to cool the engine down. On turbo vehicles and espically factory the coolant also runs to the turbo cooling it off also. You obviously know nothing about turbo maintence.
