New custom exhaust
The other week I installed a draxas header and cat delete. Today, I took the focari into the shop and had a magnaflow resonator, 2.5" piping, and a magnaflow muffer. I kept the saleen resonated tips.
The exhaust is LOUD. If I stay under 4000 rpms, its ok....above that and it is ridiculously loud. I will try to get a video up tomorrow. |

Awesome, I had 2.25" piping into a magnaflow muffler cat delete and res deleteand it was a little too quiet for my likings. Now its just 2.25" straight piped. She roars haha

i agree to loud. i have the cossie header with the first gen mbrp exhaust. it wasnt fun to drive because it was so loud. i ended up adding a magnaflow resonated muffler and now its just loud after 4k
|

video hopefully this weekend. By the time I get out of work, all I want to do is sit on my butt. I have an annoying rattle/vibration at 2000-2200 rpm. must be one of the heat shields vibrating....even though nothing is touching it...ugh.

Noise, rattle & racket is why I added a stealth muffler to my Borla system w/ a Fwerk's header. It sounds awesome for a wkend & that's it. Pic's of my setup in my profile. I haven't added pix of my rear TCE bbk yet.

I plan on eventually going turbo, so that may quiet it down. Even with the resonator, its loud above 4k. I need to tweak my heat shield. ONce I do that, I will get a good sound clip and driving with the go pro.

When i installed my header my car was stupidly ricer loud! Now I have it at a nice deep subtle tone. But I have 4 muffler under my car. I have a magnaflow 5"round then the magnaflow resonator then a vibrant ultra quiet resonator then a vibrant bottle style resonator. Here are some pics of the first 3. ill post a pic of the vibrant bottle style in abit.
It sounds damn good now!
