I did both my hand calculation was at 38 the last post was for the computer dash. I do gas up at shell with premium v-power all the time so my avg has gone up alot.

How about doing a test like this:
Begin with a brand new set of OEM plugs and a brand new set of the Pulsars, then... 1. Dyno with the OEM plugs 2. Swap in the Pulsars, then Dyno 3. Repeat 1 and 2 3X and do all tests back-to-back. Brian |

This would be possible if the cars computer would adjust extremely quickly. the cars computer has to learn new fuel trims and new timing with different spark plugs everytime. so doing it back to back would be pointless and wont have reliable numbers. this is why I've tested a pre-learn stage then later on a learned stage dyno test.

when testing comes ill use OEM FoMoCo parts. i never liked autolite. but autolite makes FoMoCo is what i was told :D so until i get the dyno run ill keep everyone posted

I was the first to test the AR series Autolite plugs they did so much better that did an artical in the MM&FF Mag about them
The Autolite AR series has out done every plug I have tested them against over the years on my Dynojet dyno and they in most cases always will with the cut back wire vs a STD wire as it exposes the kournal to the combustion sooner and more efficient Tom
