Sometimes 2nd feels a little stiff but nothing compared to 4th. Im not too worried about 2nd as it has never not gone into 2nd unlike 4th.

To be clear, when I took it to the dealer last time, they "Tightened up the shift linkage and re-flashed the ECU" They said that they could not replicate the problem but assumed that might be the issue.

Like I said before, its not an everyday occurrence. It will happen cold, hot, slowly shifting, quickly shifting, ect. I pinpointed the speed that I could consistently replicate it and hopefully They will be able to feel it.

I have an appointment on Thursday for a ride along with the mechanic so we will see what happens.

Back to the dealer I go in the morning.

Hey thisiskevin,

I'm happy to step in here and escalate your case to your regional Customer Service Manager. Just send me a PM with your VIN, mileage, dealer, and contact number; I'll get things moving over here.

Thanks,
-Crystal

I have the same issue, however mine has trouble doing a hard shift from 3rd to 4th (while passing on two lane highway) at the top of third gear..

Only time it ever does it is at engine speeds over 5000 RPM, it'll grind going in to 4th unless I clutch wait a second then grab 4th gear...

During slower engine speeds, and usual routine shifting, it shifts with no issues.
