I wonder how much headroom this turbo has? A typical Stage 2 bolt on might be too much for a small turbo that already has an overboost feature.

My old gc had a td04-13g... 185whp/200wtq stock at 14 lbs. Stage two reflash, supporting mod and a few other mods by me all i could ever get was 282whp/320wtq at 21lbs peak settling down at 19lbs after 5k rmp... Anything after that and it became a flame thrower glowing cherry red and didnt produce anything else... I swapped a gt30 and it was a diff story... I dont know what turbo the st has but im sure it can hit 300whp no problem

My LGT had a vf40, it ran out of breath at 16#'s. Stg2 flash, uppipe, DP, and larger IC. I had 253awhp/255awtq. Baseline on same dyno was 191/193.

What is the ST's boost pressure in overboost, and how long does the OB last? I agree that 300whp is possible, but will it be reliable? Hard to say. Wonder what center cartridge the ST is running? sleeve or roller?

I have no idea, ive done a few quick google searches and no specs come up of the turbo.

The Over boost prob acts as a mbc... It can prob de tuned out, eliminated or used for a good cause. Looking at the cheap ps chart ford was so kind to draw for us, ob doesnt last too much... And if it affects tq itll def affect hp too

Considering the Ecoboost motors are made to last, pull, sit in traffic, and generally stand up to the abuse of the average Obama voter who has not idea what "cool down" time for a turbo is, or what oil "coking" is, then I would say it is a roller.

F..... Man it looks great but I just want to know how is gonna put the power down cause it has like 25lb/ft more than a nsrt4 and everyone knows that the nsrt4 had problems with that

I don't know what dyno Cobb is using, but the numbers seem kind of high. I've heard that Dynojet originally based their algorithims off of a Yamaha bikes advertised HP. I think Dynojet numbers are probably stilll overstated because nobody dislikes a dyno that consistently gives higher numbers, and that probably gives dynojet a market share adavantage.
