I would still check them and then I would disassemble the intake, inspect it and re-install it. Not really sure what else it could be.

you feel vibration in the car? its not the Filter, I bet money its a mount and was bad BEFORE the intake but the intake made you motor run faster or slower somehow and makes it worse... I bet its the passenger mount BUT maybe the Tranny mount, I doubt its the dogbone.

Even though the car has only 22K miles on it? I know one mount went bad on my last Focus ('09 auto w/about 32K mi) but it mostly just vibrated at idle.

I'll have my guy check the motor mounts too. If the mounts are bad and I take it to the dealer (still under warranty)....you think they will replace them seeing I have the CAI?

They should replace mounts with no probelm even with intake.

Already took the intake off and sold it. even if the vibes at high rpms vanished completely, I still would have sold it. Just too loud for me...I like quiet....and it just had too much drone for me.

I'm back to stock and would never go back.

I have had a FS CAI for years and I love it, I have some vibration but its only a little at start and the noise only occurs when you step on it. The sound is half the reason for having a CAI.
