Do you know the day? As I stated earlier, there was a new climate control box for models built after 7/21/2011 as well as 8/26/2011 (and also 3/19/2012, 7/23/2012).

Not saying this is why, but I have the original control box.

My climate was on during the install, but not the AC.

Sorry I do not recall the day. It was one day before the trans TSB. So the 12th comes to mind, but do not quote this as fact.

I turned my climate off but not until the install started as I drove the car a bit and came home and left it running. I did turn climate off when I parked it. Mine shows the temp on the climate.

Mine works

Mine works, but it only displays the temperature, does not display what mode it is on, I can control it by voice commands though.

I have Navigation also, my build date is around Oct-Nov of 2011.

One thing I noticed with Navigation beside it being a little more responsive, is that now I can set my contact address as a destination, earlier I used to get error every time I tried that.

I am pretty sure mine looks like that first picture you posted. I will have to look when I leave for lunch. Did it show something different before the update???

I just looked at some old pictures and that was the way it has always been. So for me no change.

But at least it helps us home in on the what's causing the issue so that we can inform Ford with our findings. Hopefully our payment will be a working MFT.

I noticed your nav unit still isn't showing the street name under the compass, same glitch as before.

Ugh. Ford/Microsoft/BSquare is being so rude to us.

Scary part is we shouldn't have to inform Ford of anything, they should know this in their testing BEFORE release. If they do know this, shame on them and their QC testers, they should be fired.

It's like we are the beta testers, it's almost unbelieveable.
