Need your guys help chime in if u own a focus serious

im in maine. i just picked up an 04 zx4 with the 2.3 engine ( the best one ) with a bad tranny for 400 bucks , in absolutley fantastic condition ,one owner, power everything and ac. already found a good tranny for 200. so 600 bucks and i got me an AWESOME beater. deals are out there man , craigslist is your friend.

Honestly, it doesn't really matter what you buy, if you don't spend at least $3k, you are asking for trouble. The zetec foci are pretty reliable and cheap, but If you want to even mention the word "reliable", its time to get out your wallet and open that thing up.

Remember, our economy is suffering, so prices on used cars arent dropping as fast as they used too.

i saw a real nice foci like mint except the engine was blown kinda alot of work but the car was like 300 and it was so so mint

what do u guys think i know i would need to get bumpers and maybe try to salvage an interior but atleast its a car i know and see how it runs
