For the most part people seem to do just fine adding the Ti wheels to a non handling package Focus without rubbing under most conditions even without the steering limiters. It seems that its only under isolated conditions that they found in testing that this can occur. I know that there was at least one member who was running with 19" wheels on a regular basis on a car without the steering limiters who claimed to not have any rubbing. (Focusboy58 iirc)
