There is much more going on behind the curtains between the old body shop manager's crew, the new crew, the insurance company and the dealership than you may understand.

Your insurance wants to get the quality of work they paid for...but they also may not be paying for the best quality work. Perhaps the situation with the old manager was awful enough that you're job slipped through the cracks? You can certainly expect an insurace adjuster's evaluation of what needs to be done next.

This is unfortunate, but typical of what happens when insurance jobs need re-doing. It sucks you have to keep making phonecalls to your insurance and the shop to get things done sometimes but I suppose the good news you aren't putting miles on your rig :>

if you cane take your car to hines park Lincoln dealership in plymouth u should, they do amazing work. its where all the ford fleet vehicles go to get repaired.

Sad story, you never got to enjoy your brand new car...

What I don't understand is that why has it taken so long just to fix the issues you had with the repair.

The longer the car sits in the body shop the more dust will work its way in to every nook and crack in your car.

What you are going through is one of the main reasons I was happier when they just wrote my Cts off. I knew the car would never be the same once they were done fixing it.

I think my accident was in the middle of Aug, and I've had my new car for over 3 weeks now.
