Most people say .60 for best performance. I'm pretty sure ford recommends .52 or something

So if I just installed the oem svt plugs 5,000 miles ago, would I have zero performance gain from changing over to sp-463? I work at a ford dealer, so the decision only costs me $6. Can't remember how much I paid for OEM.
