Having tuning issues at the moment but will post a bunch of photos after I get it sorted out. Since I can't update the first post I'll update my parts list here:

(installed) GT2871R turbo (T3, 63ar, 2.5" v-band out)
(installed) Tial 38mm wastegate & dump tube piping
(installed) T3 Log manifold from build #1
(sold) 55lb injectors
(installed) Cossie knock-off intake manifold
(installed) Meth injection kit

2.0 Connecting rods (leaning towards K1)
Rod bearings
Head gasket (can't decide between Fel-Pro or Cometic and also thickness)
Bottom end gasket kit
Top end gasket kit
Torsen (or other) LSD
Clutch (Exedy Hyper Single or maybe even the Clutchmasters FX700)
(purchased)MAFia for 2005+ Ford (had one, went to 3" MAF so I sold it. Now I think I'll need one again)
(installed) 60lb injectors
(purchased) Drag wheels + slicks
(installed) Boost controller (might go with electronic)
Larger intercooler

Parts credit (I'll had to this for any person/company who cuts me a deal on parts)
- Top Speed for 38mm Tial wastegate ($150 lightly used was a good deal)

Haven't touched my car in a few days. Took a break from it to do some stuff around the house, spend time with the family and also ran my first 5K on Saturday.

Nice, I haven't done that in a while. I used to run five miles or more a day when I was in the marines then I dislocated my knee cap twice. Don't run too much these days. Well good luck with everything hope you can get it figured out.

Don't know about duratec but in zetec's the OEM head gasket works the best.

Lol. Trying to. I just have to wait until the first for the rest of the funds to come in then all the fun begins.:p

They should arrive today or tomorrow. I'll troubleshoot a bit more with these 60's then try the 80's to see if the 60's are the problem.

Good to hear. Hopefully you can get it figured out. If not, hopefully those 80's won't give you any trouble. Either way best of luck.
