I want a project jeep. But as it stands my motorcycle and car should be enough to keep me occupied. AND...my wife would never let me get one at this point in life. She already thinks I'm a big kid.

Rocks? In NC? No, not here in the Sandhills. Here is the closest we gots to that-

Jeep was a lot of fun. We took it to Moab, SoCal desert, High Sierra rocks, even a Jeep Jamboree in Elko, NV. I grew tired of climbing in and out of it just to go to work. DD it was not.

I can't stand driving it around with the top up, and it's generally too cold or wet to drive it with the top down. Therefore, it remains in the garage (not 400,00 sq ft like yours) as a paper weight, leaving little droplets of oil into the catch pan from the rear-main. Meanwhile, $80k worth of new cars sit out in the driveway to experience life and all it has to offer

Well, I opened up the front of the air box behind the headlight and I can feel a noticeable difference and see it on the speedo and tach when it revs through the gears. I just opened it a little each day until I just started to get boxer engine like resonance and stopped. Ended up with about a 2" tall by 5" wide opening.

Works very well other my other intake mods.

I'll have to look at that. It's not engine compartment air, so it should be coming in through the grill or lower triangle area, right? I wonder if using a drill bit or small hole saw to make a 10sq inch opening would produce the same effects? I may drill out my newmissioned box like that, then use some tape to gradually open up the holes. Go too far, re-tape.
