Holy moly, I've only been on the boards for 6 months and this is the fourth person running this account. Do you guys swap out? Or are a bunch of people getting canned? You probably can't answer, but that doesn't seem very reassuring from this perspective.

Seems like they just rotate between here and other forums/ media such as twitter per their other thread when they say when they will be in and out of the forum.

Just an update for everyone who was interested... My car is still in the shop. (2 weeks now). I have been told that the first clutch assembly replacement fixed nothing. The car was still shaking and shifting improperly so they ordered another. (Bad manufacturing?) My update as of Friday was that the car seems to be driving better but they want to drive it around this weekend and double check before they give it back to me. I also had to have the horn replaced and the springs on the struts.

Fingers crossed.

suss6052 is exactly right. We have a Social Media team that helps out on forums, Twitter, and Facebook. Thomas, my predecessor, is currently churning out tweets on Twitter. If you're suffering from Thomas-withdrawal, you can give him a shout-out (@FordService) over there.
