Yeah, "NÖTANAÜDI" was funny for me because one or two people have come up to me at gas stations in the past asking what kind of Audi Anya is based on the R8 style headlights I have. Supposedly back in 2010 if you had a line of LEDs in your headlights that instantly made it an Audi? lol

As for the Eibach pro kit, you should look up some people who have it and ask them about how it rides and handles and all that. I don't know anything about the Eibach setup or how it is but I would definitely do some research into it if I were you as you know your car and how you want it to handle.

Here's a good link though to get you started:

Thanks Pyroinsa!

Here's some pictures of two of your top five Foci together then! (The Sexdan is so much sexier in person as photos don't do it justice!)

I'm sure you've been asked x1000000 times but would you ever swap the motor?

Haha, haven't really been asked that much at all lol (mostly been demanded to swap engines lol)

Yes, but not for a very long time. I plan on getting atleast 150k miles outta this motor (probably 3-4 more years) then I'm gonna go ahead and do either a contour svt swap or go svt zetec with a 5 speed.

But that's all considering I don't get a great deal on/ get for free either of those engines before it hits 150k.

After I swap, I'm gonna keep the SPI on mothballs (keep the harness un-molested and all the parts needed to use it) and have it rebuilt so I can have a motor to throw in Anya in the event of something screwing up after I swap engines

I probably will swap over to a mtx75 within the next year or so as the IB5 manual that is in Anya now is already on its way out. And already doing the prop shaft clacking noise.... just gotta get a custom oil pan for the SPI cnc'ed incorporating the mtx75 bolt pattern so the tranny will be a direct bolt up instead of using a zetec oil pan and leaking oil everywhere.

For those that don't know... Ford used the IB5 in the Escort and it was a POS... they stopped making the tranny in like 2005 and only had a limited number of replacement trannys.

I had to get a used one through ford (80k miles) when the original one that came with the car grabbed two gears at once and blew a hole out through the side of the casing( don't know how but that's what ford told me happened lol) and now that used one that's in Anya right now is about to go out within the next year it two(depending on how hard I drive it).

I think it'd look far better mounted above the lower grille, rather than in it. Cool looking plate though!

I do the same thing every time I either reference you or David. Both of you have do it all.

I think if you don't want to drill holes in the svt bumper than at least mount the plate off to the driver side of the grille. I dunno just a thought.
