yes it is makes sense now to get it for svt but it is also works with all 00-04 foci
wires are included 03-04 pug and play 00-02 connectors included but you will need to cut wires and connect them - it is very easy especially if 03-04 connector is plug and play and can be used as an example

yes dash kit will fit any focus from 00 up to 07 I guess
I have wires included for 00-02.5
