Ztec hesitating while accelerating

Hey everyone,

I qam having issue with my 2000 zx3 focus ZTec. While driving and accelerating , the car would sometimes hesitate. It feels like the engine is dying then it is back on power again.

Some other time, if I keep full throttle when the car is hesitating, the car would run but not much power and the CEL would start blinking but it does not stays on.

The coil pack is brand new, plugs too. New coilpack pigtail as well. The PCV hose is brand new too.

What could be the problem?

Visually, the only thing noticeable is coolant on the clutch housing probably coming from the hose underneath the thermostat housing.

Please any suggestions is more than welcome. This hestating problems is getting really annoying specially when starting from light or stop sign.
