I always knew that if it was ever wrecked I would NEVER get anywhere near the replacement value, but I always hoped that day would never come.

I know a lot of people talk BS on these forums, but OMG was that car perfect. Even the service manager at the dealership where it had been serviced since day one told me that it had to be one of the nicest original, not "riced up", Del Sols in the country. He valued it, and he knows what Del Sols are actually worth because they are his hobby and he knows everything about them, at over $7000. Our insurance company wrote us a check for $4300.

I do have to admit however, that an insurance check for $4300 for a 20 year-old Honda ain't too bad. You're right, they pay "actual cash value" not "replacement value". But as car guys we all know that those ain't the same thing in the real world.

SE Blue Candy Metalic Focus here with Rapid Spec 203A and the Sports Package. After 13K miles, this car still runs smooth and has not given me any problems whatsoever. The MyFord system has been fluid for the most part and haven't had any problems. Horray for no MFT!!

No idea, way too busy driving to worry about top speed, on the autobahn it tops out at 120mph... in 4th... due to the electronic governor.

WOW ! That color really pops on that car. It's personally my favorite on the Focus. I was in such a hurry to unload my 2011 F-150 my choices were limited to white, black, silver, and the ONLY sterling grey on the lot....
