It's all good

You can never really tell when just reading what's typed, and the way some of the threads have been going lately...

I appreciate your input

I would like to try opening up the stock air box more. Doing it in increments to balance airflow and annoying low speed resonance. I may also try a large S&B open end filter.

Any plans on piping air to the openings?

dyn085, very interesting all your graphs.

Thank you for everything.

If I read correctly your graph that includes the K&N CAI, may I say that:
- with the CAI, you got almost 156 HP / 144 TQ
- with your mods, you got almost 151 HP / 142 TQ

Am I right ? If the stock is 140 HP / 131 TQ, these gains are impressive for only a CAI or only your mods !

Maybe. I am experimenting today and tomorrow and then I will take pics. No annoying resonance yet. Trying to take advantage of cool air behind the headlight...

That's pretty close to correct, though temperature has been a large factor. One of these days I will get ahold of the program so that I can see and compare all of the data in one place as opposed to having to flip through tons of different pictures and seperate graphs.

I'm hoping to get ahold of an AEM and Steeda before changing my exhaust. I don't see it happening, but it would be nice if possible. I am currently modifying Vlucs Typhoon to accept the Newmission and fabricating a scoop for his car. Hopefully he can give back some mileage data once he has it fully installed.

Either way, with just intake changes our cars have great potential. I won't be as thorough with exhaust, but i'm curious to see what I can get
